September 11th: Tinos -> Mykonos (Delos)
| Rise and Shine! No cat last night. Woohoo! *stretch* *yawn* Too early but got to get up and pack and catch the ferry to Mykonos. Breakfast... eggs with ham and tea. Ahhh ... feel slightly alive. Much better. Well right now at the doc waiting for our ferry. Adi slipped on a roc and fell into the water partially. There goes the camera. Oops. Anyway, ferry came. Quite a short ride to Mykonos (~15 in the fast boat). |

| Found housing for the night in a small apt. It's clean and quite nice. Close to town. After we dumped our bags in our room, we headed to take the ferry to Delos to explore |

| Hot!! No shade. *pant* Climbed all the way up the high point (Mt. Kynthos) which is actually not that tall (~112m). So much cooler there but we must go down and check out lots more ruins/rubbles then go back to Mykonos and hang out there. Need to leave for either Santorini or Naxos tomorrow. |

| Took a little snoozer. On the ferry back to Mykonos. Walked a little bit through town. I actually bought a bikini. Now if I only have the guts to wear it. I really need to even out my tan. I look like a zebra/patchwork right now. :(

| Did some shopping which is good. Went back to our apt to clean up and headed out back to Little Venice to catch the sunset. Pretty damn neat watching sunset. |

| Afterwards, went to the harbour side and took more pictures before heading back. Going through the alleys, it becomes clear that this place definitely has a lot of gays (not that I'm against them - nope, not at all). We saw at least 2 cross dressers. One of them actually look quite good. Adi wanted to check out the local bar scene (brave soul - took the chance to get get hit on) so we stopped at a bar with live music and had a drink. Quite yummy too. It's actually the 12th right now. I'm officially 29 years old. Ok .. time for this old lady to get some shuteyes. Kalinista! |
